leak proof but gives all day wet feeling

it's not proper breathable, you will even feel wet all day, i have rashes or infection every time i wear it , it's very hard for it to dry , it's not any better any normal double layer under wear . one thing it is good at, is leak proof, but i wish it could dry up fast and won't leave me with wet feeling all day
